"Never Satisfied"
I've mentioned in previous blogs some things I've tried to make myself a better golfer. You read and hear TV announcers talk at length about how the most successful pro's are constantly working on swing changes. They all have coaches for virtually every part of the golf game both physical and mental. They are so well trained and so good, that one or two shots over a four day tournament usually means winning or losing.
I'm a pretty good weekend golfer and constantly tinker with about everything related to my golf game. Currently, I'm having a custom made graphite shaft designed for my slow swing speed. The professional club maker is adding one half inch and says my distance should improve if I can control the added length which I feel comfortable with.
The "M" Speed Cobra that I use is the easiest driver I've ever hit and the small amount of offset helps create a nice soft draw for a little more yardage. My wife even uses one and hits it very well.
Will stay in touch and let you know how the experiment goes.
